The Nargesa MC150B pipes and profiles pyramidal ring roller bender is made of machined steel, with two traction rollers and a hardened gear transmission.

It has a maximum capacity for bending round pipe of 2 inches or 50 mm. Designed for minimising manufacturing costs while providing maximum performance when bending pipes and profiles, the MC150B can bend different profiles such as flat bar or bar section, T-profile, rolling U-profile, bending angle, bending solid rod, both square and round types, spiral tube, or even square, rectangular or round pipe in different materials such as iron, carbon steel, stainless steel, brass, copper, and aluminium. Its applications range from making greenhouses, tables, chairs, car guards, doors, windows, railings, fences, and countless metal products.

Technical Features:

The pyramidal ring roller bender machine MC150B has been designed by our team of engineers at Nargesa to make bending works in different shapes and materials at a very low cost for the customer. The secret to its affordability is mass production. Many of our customers had requested a bending machine that is affordable, easy to use, and as strong as all Nargesa’s products. One of the main reasons for purchasing the MC150B is to avoid relying on third parties for bending jobs. The repeated delays caused by not depending on our own machines are always more expensive than investing in the MC150B bender.

  • Two drive rollers, with the two lower rollers being motorized and knurled for better grip.
  • Secure transmission through the use of flat hardened pinions.
  • Diameter of axes is 40 mm.
  • Useful axes length is 74 mm.
  • Center distance between lower axes is 230 mm.
  • Maximum capacity for bending round pipe is 2″ inches or 50 mm.
  • Bending regulation by the upper shaft allows for curving tube and profile dimensions and profiles of large diameter without deformation.
  • The section bending machine MC150B is supplied with 9 rollers and standard washers that can be combined to make various profiles, including square pipe, rectangular, square bar, round and rectangular bars, U profile, T profile, angle, flat bar, edged bar, etc. (Note: special round pipes may require special rollers.)
  • Millimeter scale for bending in the upper shaft.
  • Two working positions, horizontal and vertical, on the same workbench.
  • Correction rollers on the sides to control bending deformation when making spirals and spiral staircases.
  • Base cupboard for rollers and accessories.
  • Motor Power is 0.75 KW / 1 HP.
  • Voltage supply is single phase 230 V (For other voltages, contact the manufacturer).
  • Rollers speed is 6 RPM.
  • Lower bench is palletized to easily transport the machine to the workplace or store it in case of space constraints.
  • The machine is shipped fully assembled and only requires connection to the power supply.
  • Comes with a pallet made of steel and 3-layered cardboard box suitable for seafreight.
  • Optional: Fumigated wooden box NIMF15.
