The Nargesa MC550 section and tube bending machine is a brand new machine that has been fully designed and manufactured in-house. This machine has been created to produce large quantities of parts with its Control Panel, which records the position of the rollers in each bend, allowing for the same operations to be repeated as needed. The MC550 has a maximum capacity for bending round pipe of 3 inches (76.2 mm) or 80 mm, but does not have longitudinal positioning control.

Made of welded and machined sheet steel, the MC550 is a sturdy and stable machine that is ideal for manufacturing a wide range of products, including flanges, greenhouses, railings, circular beams for roofs, domes, bridge abutments, metal pergolas, curved marquees, structures for tunnels, street lamps, protections for roundabouts, bicycle parking stands, tree protectors, public transport marquees, bollards, moveable bollards, children’s play parks, and circular figures in various large and small sections and tubes. Technical Features:

  • Robustness: The machine is made of welded and machined sheet steel, which makes it very tough and stable. It’s ideal for manufacturing flanges, railings, large structures for buildings, metal pergolas, structures for tunnels, and urban furniture.
  • 4.0 Technology: The MC550 bender comes equipped with 4.0 Technology that offers many advantages, including remote machine connections to do software updates free of cost, detecting any anomalies without traveling to the machine site, and notifying customers when preventive maintenance is needed.
  • All-new EcoMode: The machine comes with an EcoMode that automatically disconnects electric parts consuming the most energy when it detects any period of inactivity, helping customers save energy and promoting sustainability.
  • Electronically-controlled asymmetric roller position: Asymmetric bending machines offer certain advantages over pyramidal bending machines, such as variable distances between centers, saving materials, optimal use of profiles or pipes, and the ability to make bends with much smaller radii.
  • 3 power rollers: The 3-roller drag system makes work easier, mainly when bending round or square pipes, preventing possible marks on the material, and doing bending work faster.
  • Easy transportation: The chassis of all Nargesa bending machines includes a hole to transport the machine comfortably with a pallet truck and an upper lifting hook for its movement with a crane. The single-phase electrical connection also eases the change of workplace for the machine, without needing to manufacture templates and travel from the workshop to the construction site.
  • Rotation speed and programmable axle adjustment: The production speed can be increased or reduced depending on the size of the profile, and the bend adjustment speed can be programmed for the most complex bending work.
  • Equipped with 9 standard rollers: The machine is designed to make all kinds of profiles, such as square pipe, rectangular, solid square bar, round and rectangular, U profile, T profile, angle, flat bar, edge flat bar, and optional rollers for round pipes or tubes.
  • Max. bending capacity in round pipes: 3” inches (76,2 mm) or 80 mm.

Other Features:

  • Three traction rollers: Essential to bend round pipes, with a smooth surface not to get the pipe or profile damaged.
  • Safe transmission: Tempered planetary pinions by induction.
  • Tempered and rectified F-154 steel axles: Diameter of axles: 50 mm, Net length of the axles: 90 mm, and outer roller diameter: 170 mm.
  • Bend regulation: Independent of the lower rollers, allowing much smaller bends in diameter and taking better advantage of the material than pyramidal bending machines.
  • ESA S625 panel: Comes standard with the machine.
  • Main motor: 1,5 KW/2 CV, Hydraulic motor unit: 0,75 KW/1 CV.
  • Electrical voltage: 230 V single phase, Adjustable roller speed: from 3 to 7 RPM.
  • Palletized lower table: So it can be easily moved to the working site or storage.
  • Packing: Wooden pallet and 3-layered cardboard box suitable for sea freight. Optional wooden packaging NIMF15.
